It was October 31, 2024,
Flixbus at union station: 7 hours
journey started at 10.45 pm.
Checked in.
First stop Bakersfield,
2nd stop...3rd stop San Hose..4th
stop: San Francisco Cal train station:
5th st-townsend at 6.15am.
Cool morning.
I asked a Spanish woman about a Big
bus tour. She doesn't know English, even though she tried but failed!
Started walking, few minutes later,
saw to Cal train station passenger hall.
I Sat in the corner, waiting for
someone to ask about the Big Bus oneday tour bus!
A Taiwanese old Grand Ma came to sit
next to me and started eating breakfast. I started my breakfast too with silent
mindfulness!
After we finished breakfast for both
of us, I asked where 'the Big Bus' one
day tour bus was!
Showed me with a kind and
compassionate heart, wrote down the road names on the paper sheet, told me, she
is going to the senior center, and little about her.
Thanks to Buddha, Divine beings:
invisible supporter!
I started walking..
My Morning started very positively!
Cross the 4th st, following the king
st, left turn..
Walking on 3rd st,
Cross the road..
Left turn..saw..MSNBC TV
building..walked on..
At one point..I was confused which
direction I should go.
Standing on.
A black man was crossing the road
toward my side.
"Sorry to disturb you man, I am
looking for Macy center."
"No problem," said and
opened his mobile, after a while told, "Go straight all the way, turn
left, cross the road, you will see Macy."
"You have an immaculate heart
Sir, thanks."
I saw, he was so fresh, hearing my
gratitude!
Walking on ...
Beautiful cool morning...!
Beautiful San Francisco..!
Modern technology..
Way Mo roaming: driverless car city!
Green nature!
Arrived at Greasy st,
But where is the Big Bus point!
Asked someone again!
She was an American white lady with
her big husky Dog!
'W OW! You are very close!'
Showed:> That is Hotel Westin! Go
and buy a ticket!
Went over there!
Smart Chinese woman ticked the
seller!
First one, I bought the ticket:63 $
oneday tour: Hop on Hop off.
9:30 first bus.
I walked a few blocks.
Beautiful highrise buildings, very
clean, green nature..very well organized..!
Cable Train, subway train and bus,
busy morning..going to office and work!
Rich and high intellect
community...!
9.30 Big bus came.
I got on the bus and got off at
Golden Gate Bridge point..!
My main mission!
Watch the Pacific
water...hills..nature..speed boats..cruises.. from this point!
Tourists were increasing..!
Then, Walked on the bridge...
slowly..!
Mindfully!
So beautiful!
Such a beautiful engineering work!
A Great Wonder!
1937 done!
Started 1933..!
11 men sacrificed their life during
the construction!
In the middle of the bridge,
standing on, my lunch Dana: cakes, nuts!
Silently mindfully my eyes at
"The Pacific ocean..! Small
tides are coming one by one!
Seagulls are flying..!
Dolphins are there...!"
I saw, the chinese woman, at the
same Big bus, bowed me with joint palm but got off before me at botanical
garden, was coming, finally talked with me, she came from Canada, originally
Malaysian, follower of Mahayana, but knows, Theravada monk has the rule lunch
has to be done before 12am.
I asked her, what time now,
'12.08pm, it's ok' replied!
She asked about me, then she started
walking.
After while I started walked again
and reached to the end.
Again walked back to GGB BIG BUS
POINT!
Got up on the Big bus around 2 pm.
Got same bus and same bus driver!
He welcomed me with happy smile!
I gave 5 dollars bill as a tips at
previous got off time!
......China town, 39 pier.etc were
seen from the bus.
BBus arrived at the starting point:
Powel -Greasy cross st around 3pm.
Then, Starting walking straight 4th
st,...
Cal train station arrived around
4.15pm.
Waiting for the bus.
Sat on a corner bench again.
Flix bus: 11.25pm.
I had to sit here for 8 hours.
Mobile out of service since morning,
tried to recharge but no outlet found!
Thinking,
"Time is an illusion: I came to
know after a long time. The reality is here and now: Sanditthiko, akaliko.
Concepts are created for our
existence!"

flixbus pick up point.
It was very cool, very difficult for
me, trembling!
At this point, there were around 10
passengers.
Bus came.
'Oh Buddha!'
Same bus driver: chinese man!
I was so tired.
Pain in two legs!
I was in a deep sleep!
Woke up while the driver said; UCLA.
Arrived Union station at 7.22 am.
Bought Antelope Valley Metrolink
train ticket very quickly, vending machine close to starbucks, morning coffee
drinkers, long line, but walking fast to
catch the train!
Asked conductor, told, direct train
at 9.30 but this one till Vista Canyon stop and from that point bus to
Palmdale!
Got on
7.39 am..!
Done breakfast after 20 hours!
Arrived at VC
but
no bus service!
No way, stuck for two hours!
'Khanti Dhamma' practiced working
on!
VC new station!
Beautiful..cool morning!
Security man very good, talked
nicely!
Little upset why not gave proper
information!
notice, he was limping, might be had
an accident!
Feel little sad!
To run samsara, need to work!
I enjoyed my time!
The sky was very clear!
On top hills, houses!
Busy highways!
10.20 train came.
Bus..walking...!
Arrived at Palmdale temple, a peace
point of the Buddha at 1.02pm.
A memorable event was deposited in
my memory!
